Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why isn’t there online payment?

    At this time, online payment is not available for this event. To keep registration accessible and processing costs low, payments are accepted via e-transfer or mail only.

  • When is my spot confirmed?

    Your entry is confirmed by email once your completed registration is received. Team numbers are assigned on as registrations come in.

  • Can I change my food options?

    Yes. If you need to update your food selections after registering, please contact us at office@dnedc.ca as soon as possible. 


    Changes are subject to availability and timing.

  • What if I submit the form but don’t pay right away?

    Your registration will remain pending until payment is received. If payment is not made by May 14, 2026 at 16:00 hrs, your registration will be removed from the list and you will not be able to participate.

  • Is my registration fee refundable?

    Registration fees are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers. Please contact us if you have questions about exceptional circumstances.

  • Is there a deadline to submit payment?

    Payment should be submitted as soon as possible after registration to secure your spot. Final deadline for payment is May 14, 2026 at 16:00 hrs.  To be eligible for the Early Bird Draw, registration and payment must be received by no later than midnight on March 31, 2026.

  • Can I change my partner or team details after registering?

    Yes. Updates to team details can be requested by emailing office@dnedc.ca. Changes must be made before the event and are subject to approval.
